Reimagining an existing workplace

PLP Labs’ worked with a government in the Middle East to explore and strategize, through a highly collaborative process, how their workplace could be restructured. A mix of questionnaires and interviews were conducted with various levels of employees in the governmental agency. From this, the Labs were able to establish the working requirements and relationships within the organisation to restructure the design of the workplace.
